Zombify
‘Watch out for the Zombie Fence!’ Mishka pointed to the thin wire circling the cows.
‘Zombie Fence?’
‘You can’t touch it. Or else you’ll be zombiefied.’
‘Zombiefied?’
‘Uh, huh.’ Mishka nodded, adjusting his glasses on his nose.
‘Like, turn into a zombie?’
‘Kind of.’
‘What do you mean?’
‘I mean you can’t touch it. If you touch this fence, it will make you go…’ Mishka held his rabbit arms out straight, then shook his whole body. ‘And, you won’t be able to talk. You’ll talk like this, ”Ga ga ga ga ga ga.”’
Magali put her marmot paws to her mouth and giggled. ‘You will not!’
‘You will!’ Mishka’s blue eyes looked at Magali’s black eyes. ‘If you don’t believe me, touch it.’
