The Swooshy Wooshy
Mishka flapped like a bird, which is hard to do when you’re a rabbit. ‘I’m going to kill youuuuuuuuuu!’ he yelled, falling through the air.
‘Watch ouuuuuuuut!’ screamed Magali. She fell through scratchy tree branches. ‘Ouuuuch! Ay! Oooh! Ouch!’ She kept falling. ‘Noooooooooooooo!’
Splat!
She landed on the rocky ground.
Ker-plunk!
Mishka landed next to her. His face squashed into the ground.
Magali slowly stood, wiping dirt and twigs from her body. Then, she pulled Mishka up by his pompom tail. ‘Are you okay?’
Mishka’s blue eyes blinked five times. ‘Do you think I’m okay?!’ He pointed up the mountain. ‘We were supposed to be going for a walk through the mountain, not flying down it, okay? Why did you lead me off the edge?’

Le Swooshy Wooshy
Mishka volait comme un oiseau, ce qui est difficile à faire quand on est un lapin. Il cria, en tombant dans les airs :
— Je vais te tuer !
Magali tombait dans les airs, aussi. Elle cria :
— Attentioooooon !
Elle tombait entre des branches d’arbres épineuses.
— Aïe ! Aïe ! Aïeeeeee ! Noooooooooooooooon !
Patatra ! La marmotte atterrit sur le sol rocheux.
Patatra ! Le lapin atterrit à côté. Son visage fut écrasé contre le sol.
Magali se leva lentement, essuyant la terre et les brindilles de son corps. Puis, elle aida Mishka. Elle le tira par la queue.
— Ça va ?
Le lapin cligna des yeux cinq fois.
— À ton avis ?
Il pointa du doigt la montagne.
— On était censés se promener dans la montagne, pas la descendre, ok ?! Pourquoi tu m’as emmené au bord ?
